In the USDAF it is very important for all our NCO'S to be efficient and reliable. To make sure that NCO'S are the best they can possibly be they are put through a training course know as the Warrior Leader Course or WLC for short.
Warrior Leader Course (or WLC), formerly Primary Leadership Development Course (PLDC), is the first course of study in the US Army Non-Commissioned Officer Education System. It is open to: Privates First Class and Specialists who have been specially selected by Flag grade officers to attend who show extraordinary ability; Specialists and Corporals qualified for promotion; Sergeants and Staff Sergeants who have not graduated WLC.
