PERSONNEL RECORDS! - !!!IMPORTANT!!!

This is by far THE MOST IMPORTANT part of the forum. If you are and officer you MUST MAKE SURE that all times that the PERSCOM or Personnel Records is up to date. If it is not we will have chaos in the military. If you as an officer hand out a promotion these are the steps you take:

- Give the promotion to the member
- Go OTF, remove their name from their previous rank
- Then add their name to their new rank.
