Training Grades

Training grades MUST be handed out to all personnel members of rank high enough to train recruits, SGT+.

An officer is to sit in on training and evaluate the trainer paying attention to the following aspects:

1. Are they following the training guide posted OTF.
2. Are they taking time to ask the recruits for questions and answering those questions to the best of their ability.
3. Are they easy to understand, are they confusing the recruits.
4. How is their grammar.

Once the training is over, send everyone BTB except for the trainer. Give them some pointers on what they did well and what can be improved upon. Then send them BTB.

Now its time for you to post a TRAINING GRADE OTF.

A training grade is the grade given to the trainer marking their success in training. All NCO and higher who are eligible to train need to have a grade of C+ or higher to be able to train. If a members grade is lower than C+, they need to be graded again within 2 days before they are aloud to train more recruits.

Color Chart

Red = Trainer is highly skilled
Green = Trainer is very skilled
Orange = Trainer is moderately skilled
Blue = Trainer is average.

Grades

A+ = The trainer shows outstanding and impeccable ability to train recruits.
A = The trainer shows extraordinary ability to train recruits.

A- = The trainer shows very impressive ability to train recruits.
B+ = The trainer shows impressive ability to train recruits.

B = The trainer shows moderately impressive ability to train recruits.
B- = The trainer shows some what impressive ability to train recruits.

C+ = The trainer shows they have just enough ability to train recruits.

Once you have graded the trainer, you MUST BE SURE to post their grade OTF in the Personnel Records beside their name in square brackets and in the correct color.

Example:
Drake1354 [03/09/09] [A] <--- Training Grade
