The Medal of Honor is the highest military decoration awarded by the United States government. It is bestowed on a member of the United States armed forces who distinguishes him- or herself conspicuously. Members of all branches of the US military are eligible to receive the medal.

Only personnel of Flag Grade Rank may award this medal
Any one awarded with this any sort of medal must be posted OTF in a Reply to that awards thread with their name and date

Medal = Spade (Alt code = ALT + 175)

Example:

Drake1354 <--- [Person being Awarded medal]
Awarded Medal of Honor [July 2/09] <--- [Date]
By: Drake1354 <--- [One who awarded the Medal]
